Green River District Health Department serves the counties of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster Counties. Appointments can be made for any clinic of your choosing. Some clinics do not offer all services.

COVID-19 Testing (PCR Results Turnaround time 2-3 days):

• Choose the County Health Dept where you would like to be tested below

• Choose “COVID-19 Testing” for availability.

• All testing sites are located at the local health department you chose to schedule your appointment unless specified below.

• Complete online Pre-screening tool that will be included in an email once the appointment is scheduled.

COVID-19 Testing
- COVID Testing (drive-thru)
  Curbside COVID-19 Testing at each Local Health Department located in the Green River District Health Deptartment (Daviess County Health Dept, Hancock Co Health Dept, Henderson Co Health Dept, McLean Co Health Dept, Ohio Co Health Dept, Union Co Health Dept and Webster Co Health Dept)
Family Planning
- Family Planning Exam- Initial
  - Patient has not had a Pap/Pelvic exam in the last three years or not given birth to a new baby since the last exam.
- Family Planning Exam-Annual
  - Annual Pap/Pelvic Exam. Patient must have had a Pap/Pelvic exam in the last three years and not given birth to a new baby since the last exam.
- Family Planning Problem
  - Patient is receiving family planning method/birth control and is having a problem (change of method, other issues/problems)
- Family Planning Pregnancy Testing
  - Pregnancy Testing
- Family Planning Supply
  - Patient needs supply of birth control method (pills, Depo, ring). Patient MUST have had a physical exam (Pap/Pelvic) from the Health Department in the last year.
Adult
- Adult Immunizations- Flu
  - Adult Immunization (shots) Flu
- Adult Immunization- Contract
  - Adult Immunization (shots)- Patient has a voucher to receive vaccination (shots) through their employer or an organization.
Cancer Screening
- Cancer Screening Exam- Initial
  - Patient who has had a hysterectomy and/or is menopausal and has NOT had a pap/pelvic exam in the last three years.
- Cancer Screening Exam- Annual
  - Patient has had a hysterectomy and/or is menopausal but has had a pap/pelvic exam in the last three years.
Pediatrics
- Pediatrics Well Child Exam (school physical)
  - Well Child exam (school physical). Uninsured/Medicaid, no Commercial/Private Insurance except Anthem and Humana
- Pediatrics-Immunizations (shots)
  - Pediatric Immunizations (shots)- Patient must bring a copy of all immunizations (shots) received from outside providers other than the health department. Vaccines for children (VFC) only (uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid). No Private/Commercial Insurance
- Pediatrics- Sports Physical $25
  - School Sports Physicals
Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)
- Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Exam
  - Patient has been exposed or has symptoms of an STD
Tuberculosis (TB)
- TB Skin Test
  - TB Skin Testing
