Green River District Health Department serves the counties of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster Counties.  Appointments can be made for any clinic of your choosing.  Some clinics do not offer all services.

    • COVID Testing (drive-thru)
      Curbside COVID-19 Testing at each Local Health Department located in the Green River District Health Deptartment (Daviess County Health Dept, Hancock Co Health Dept, Henderson Co Health Dept, McLean Co Health Dept, Ohio Co Health Dept, Union Co Health Dept and Webster Co Health Dept)
  • Adult Flu (Drive-thru)

    • Adult Flu Vaccine (drive-thru)
      Drive-thru adult flu vaccination 18+ only *For those <19yrs old that have KY Medicaid or are uninsured/underinsured please call Health Department for appointment
  • Family Planning

    • Family Planning Exam- Initial
      • Patient has not had a Pap/Pelvic exam in the last three years or not given birth to a new baby since the last exam.
    • Family Planning Exam-Annual
      • Annual Pap/Pelvic Exam.  Patient must have had a Pap/Pelvic exam in the last three years and not given birth to a new baby since the last exam.
    • Family Planning Problem
      • Patient is receiving family planning method/birth control and is having a problem (change of method, other issues/problems)

      • Pregnancy Testing
    • Family Planning Supply
      • Patient needs supply of birth control method (pills, Depo, ring).  Patient MUST have had a physical exam (Pap/Pelvic) from the Health Department in the last year.
